Dr. Shrinitya has completed her Ph.D. in Adult Education from department of Social Work at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and Post-Graduation in Adult, Continuous and Extension Education from the same university. She has also done B. Ed. from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh and has qualified J.R.F.-NET in Adult Education/Continuing Education conducted by University Grant Commission, New Delhi. She has extensive experience in teaching at university level and research in the area of education. She has published four books including a book entitled “A survey of Adult Education and it’s Principles”, published in 2011 from Sharda Pustak Bhavan, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh (ISBN no.- 978-93-80285-66-5). She has published around 20 research papers in various peer-reviewed journals and books and attended more than 15 conferences and seminars to present her research papers on educational research and women empowerment. Dr. Malviya is member of various professional bodies like: Indian Adult Education Association (I.A.E.A.), New Delhi; Akhila Bhaartiya Darshan Parishad; Indian Philosophical Congress, (I.P.C.), New Delhi; All India Oriental Conference (A.I.O.C.); Indian Association for Social Sciences and Health, (IASSH); Gyan-Vigyaan Samiti; Life membership of All India Association for Educational Research (A.I.A.E.R.).

Shrividya Malviya worked for three years as ‘Statistician’ at Centre of Excellence for Epilepsy in the department of Neurosurgery at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. Her key responsibilities involved finalization of study design, survey tools, sampling strategies, sample size estimation, data analysis, including writing of reports. Dr. Malviya has completed her Ph.D. in Statistics from Banaras Hindu University (B.H.U.), Varanasi, India and Master of Population Studies from International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai, India She has been in Myanmar and Philippines to attend international conferences and published many research papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals and books. She is associated with various professional bodies such as International Union for Scientific Study of Population (IUSSP), Asian Population Association (APA), Indian Association for Social Science and Health (IASSH) and Indian Association for the Study of Population (IASP), India.

Dr. Divya has done her Ph.D. from International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai, India and earned her MPS degree in population studies from International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS). She has a strong background in collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data sets. She worked for several years as “Project Scientist” at Remote Sensing Application Centre, Lucknow. Prior to joining IIPS, she did post-graduation in geography from BHU, Varanasi and postgraduate diploma in Remote Sensing and GIS from University of Allahabad, Allahabad. During her research, she got rigorous training in hard-core data analysis using statistical software (SPSS, STATA, Mortpak) and also trained in geo-spatial analysis using GIS and remote sensing Software (GIS, Erdas imagine, Elwis, Geoda). She has been offered a small grant fund from Parkes Foundation, UK, to collect data for PhD. She is also awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in population studies and NET in Geography. Divya Kumari has authored three research papers which are published in peer-reviewed demographic and public health journals and presented papers in various international and national conferences in India and abroad. She is associated with professional organizations such as Population Association of America (PAA), International Union for Scientific Study of Population (IUSSP), Asian Population Association (APA), Indian Association for Social Science and Health (IASSH) and Indian Association for the Study of Population (IASP).

Mr. Prashant has a good understanding of the social problems and public health issues in India. He has been working in social and health related studies and extensively involved in various health, livelihood related studies. He has been involved in data collection, monitoring and supervision of various studies including questionnaire design and training of surveyors and supervisors. He can lead, supervise and monitor any field research independently including preparation of field and survey reports. He is specialized in finance and HR management and acquainted with understanding of management of social studies. Mr. Kumar has also completed M.A in English and has excellent command and documentation and writing of the good quality survey reports.
